About the job:

Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of BizOps work in small teams to find solutions. As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.

As a Business Analyst on this team focusing on our segmentation operations, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our partnerships GTM. You will be a key architect in bringing our partner segmentation to life by leveraging AI-powered solutions to create a scalable and intelligent system for partner assignments. You will own the operations that power our partner assignment operations for YouTube Business partnerships organization. You will focus on using advanced analytics to answer a critical business question: How can we leverage AI to ensure every Partner Manager is equipped to serve the right partners at the right time?

At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Learn more about benefits at Google.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Data Science and Engineering to integrate AI/ML models into our partner assignment operations.
  • Design and build scalable, automated assignments processes and data governance to ensure our Partner Managers are always focused on the right partners to drive sustainable growth.
  • Use advanced SQL and data analysis to proactively identify opportunities in our current segment GTM operations and develop data-driven, actionable recommendations to improve productivity and impact.
  • Act as a critical liaison between our business (frontline, segment GTM design) and technical (Data Science, BizTech, Engineering) teams to ensure our solutions are aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Present your findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. Your ability to tell a compelling story with data will drive critical business decisions.
