Technical Program Manager III, AI Security Detection and Response, Core

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in program management.
  
• Experience working with AI/ML techniques and models (i.e., machine learning model development, data mining, or natural language processing).
• Experience leading technical programs within a security-related domain (i.e., incident response, vulnerability management, or security operations).

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with software development lifecycles and related tools such as bug trackers, software repositories, and code testing frameworks.
• Experience building dashboards.
• Passion for process improvement, automation, and increasing efficiency of execution.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

• Establish and mature cross-company processes around vulnerability management including operating models, maturity models, SLAs/SLOs, discovery, managing and reporting processes, roles/responsibilities, etc.
• Develop technical expertise in the data access security domain and exercise technical judgment to help scope project requirements.
• Partner closely with Security and Software Engineering Managers to advance the Detection and Response team's vision for AI-Driven Solutions.
• Manage and facilitate AI driven insights, from unstructured data collection and structuring to facilitating context retrieval, overseeing the reasoning platform, and managing summarization and orchestration processes.
• Determine program phasing and metrics that effectively drive continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
