Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits
Role Description:
We are a mental health organization founded and led by experienced mental health clinicians. We are seeking licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFT, MFT) to join our Behavioral Health program remotely on a contract basis to diagnose and treat client referrals.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide physical therapy treatment to patients in accordance with an established treatment plan as directed by a Physical Therapist
- Progress patients skillfully and safely through the levels of treatment within the maximum capabilities of the patient
- Document all treatment and other pertinent patient interaction in accordance with policies
- Provide relevant education to patients and families regarding home programs and activities
- Develop and maintain effective communication with the patient, family, and other members of the rehabilitation team
- Actively pursue professional growth through professional affiliations with associates and attendance at workshops and conferences
- Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Relationship Counseling and Family Therapy skills
- 1 year of counseling experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
