Frontend Engineer - Grafana Ops - SLO/Service Center (Remote, USA)

Grafana Labs develops advanced observability tools used worldwide to monitor complex systems. They are looking for a motivated Frontend Engineer to contribute to their SLO and Service Center products, working remotely with a diverse, global team to build user-centered features that enhance system reliability.

Skills

Proficient frontend development with Javascript, Typescript, React, and CSS.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Experience working with remote and cross-timezone teams.
Self-motivated and independent task completion.
Customer-centric approach focused on solving observability challenges.

Responsibilities

Collaborate remotely across time zones in a global team, engaging in effective communication.
Participate constructively in team discussions, clearly communicating design decisions.
Develop working code from ideas by researching problems, designing solutions, gathering feedback, and completing implementations independently.
Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to create software aligning with user goals and context.
Solve complex technical problems and ensure solutions are validated through comprehensive testing.
Participate in on-call rotation to support production environments of the products.
