Product Manager Database Observability (Remote, NASA/EMEA)

Grafana Labs offers an advanced open-source monitoring and observability platform with a global user base and prestigious clients. They are seeking a technically proficient Product Manager for Database Observability to lead the product roadmap, collaborate across teams, and engage with customers to guide product success in a remote environment.

Skills

Strong product management expertise in B2B SaaS
Experience with observability products and developer tools
Familiarity with open source software environments
Ability to translate technical details into customer and stakeholder communication
Experience collaborating with engineering and UX teams

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product vision and roadmap for Database Observability
Collect and analyze user needs, feedback, and pain points to guide product development
Represent and prioritize customer needs to engineering teams with evidence-based tradeoffs
Collaborate with Product Marketing to create GTM materials including presentations and documentation
Make strategic decisions about pricing, packaging, and licensing for the product
Integrate Database Observability product with overall Grafana Cloud ecosystem

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
