About the role:
The Manager, Activation strives for driving and delivering excellence in campaign activation and is responsible for providing day to day leadership of their campaigns to execute against our commitment to clients through market leading activation expertise.
The manager will work closely with the Associate Director, Activation and lead a team consisting of onshore and offshore activation specialists who deliver our core promise to our clients: Business outcomes through programmatic media.

As an Activation Manager at GroupM Nexus, you'll join the world’s largest global performance marketing organization, working alongside over 1,000 specialists devoted to programmatic, search, social, and ad tech. In this role, your primary focus will be on delivering excellence in campaign activation while leading a talented team of activation specialists. You'll own the full end-to-end campaign management lifecycle, from setup to optimization and reporting, ensuring that each campaign drives real business outcomes for our clients. You'll work closely with fellow team leaders to leverage cutting-edge technology and data analytics, striving to improve the efficiency of our processes and the quality of our activations. We're looking for someone passionate about programmatic activation who can proactively seek opportunities to enhance their understanding of the landscape, while also mentoring and providing actionable feedback to your team. Your communication skills will be essential as you'll collaborate with various stakeholders, driving initiatives that ensure adherence to best practices and precision in campaign delivery.
