A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Compliance Learning team here at GSK.
As a Learning Manager, you will work in a global role within the Learning and Development R&D organisation. The successful candidate will have expert capability in learning processes and tools/technology and will be responsible for the end-to-end development of high-quality educational materials using digital learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, etc. with global applicability for R&D customers. We are looking for someone that is highly creative, thrives in an innovative environment and has strong business partnering and instructional design skills.
You will also be responsible for ongoing maintenance of learning materials in line with customer and business need and have a strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships. An expert learning and development track record is required with demonstrated skills in performance consultation, instructional design and efficient creation of digital learning materials. Basic change management responsibilities are also part of this role.
