Market Access Specialist

¿Qué buscamos?

Necesitamos una persona con gran capacidad de trabajo, capacidad analítica, atención al detalle, iniciativa y flexibilidad a la que le guste trabajar en equipo y que quiera desarrollar su carrera en el área de Acceso al Mercado, para cubrir una vacante en el departamento de Acceso al Mercado y Precios.

Se trata de una posición cuya misión principal es gestionar las actividades relacionadas con el proceso de precio y financiación, acceso nacional y regional, así como proyectos de investigación en evaluación económica y resultados en salud de productos del área terapéutica que se le asigne.

Principales responsabilidades

• Diseñar la estrategia de Acceso al Mercado, construir y mantener la historia de valor integrada dirigida a pagadores, así como preparar los dosieres de valor a ser presentados en procedimientos de P&F de los productos bajo su responsabilidad.
• Realizar adaptaciones de modelos económicos al entorno español o crearlos desde cero (como herramientas impacto presupuestario, análisis coste-efectividad, etc), así como revisiones de literatura, metaanálisis y otros trabajos de Economía de la Salud y Resultados en Salud (HEOR, por sus siglas en inglés) como estudios de Evidencia en Vida Real (RWE, por sus siglas en inglés) centrados en GAPs de información relevante para pagadores.
• Crear materiales para la comunicación efectiva de las historias de valor/estudios generados dirigidos a las necesidades de los pagadores.
• Liderar la respuesta técnica a procesos de Evaluación de Tecnologías Sanitarias en España que posicionen los productos bajo su responsabilidad en cuanto a las condiciones de P&F y/o acceso regional (i.e. Informes de Posicionamiento Terapéutico de la Agencia Española del Medicamento a nivel nacional o evaluaciones de productos del CatSalut a nivel regional).
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre el panorama competitivo, así como sobre la evolución del Sistema Nacional de Salud español para informar las estrategias de Acceso al Mercado.
• Colaborar con los equipos centrales y locales para impulsar mejoras continuas.
• Colaborar con equipos internos cross-funcionales (ventas, marketing, médico, government affairs, regulatorio, etc)

Requisitos Básicos

• Formación de grado superior en ciencias de la salud, economía o estadística
• Deseable Máster en Acceso al Mercado y HEOR
• Conocimiento de los procesos de precios y financiación, así como de acceso nacional y regional, bajo la legislación española
• Gran capacidad analítica
• Capacidad de influencia y comunicación
• Inglés fluido hablado y escrito (C1)
