Project Manager (Mid-Atlantic)

GuidePoint Security, a rapidly growing information security value-added reseller, seeks a Project Manager to oversee cybersecurity-focused Professional Services engagements, ensuring client goals and success through effective project management strategy and communication.

Skills

Proficient with Agile methodology.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project usage.
Experienced with Jira, OpenAir, Salesforce, and remote teleconferencing tools.
Strong project management, scheduling, budgeting, and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with information security terms and discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

Manage Professional Services projects throughout the full engagement lifecycle including sales handoff, resourcing, planning, execution, and closeout.
Ensure timely communication with all key stakeholders and resolve project issues and risks.
Maintain customer relationships to meet objectives and statement of work deliverables.
Plan and manage resources to meet scope and budget expectations.
Maintain project data in OpenAir PSA application and support internal revenue recognition and invoicing processes.
Create and uphold project management methodology and documentation.
Provide professional Project Management services to GuidePoint customers.
Adhere to GuidePoint Security Core Values.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
