Systems Admin - Desktop, Sr; TS/SCI (Springfield, VA)

GuidePoint Security is a leading cybersecurity company providing expertise and tailored solutions to top organizations including Fortune 500 companies and U.S. government agencies. They seek a Senior Systems Administrator II with TS/SCI clearance to support enterprise desktop environments onsite in Springfield, VA.

Skills

Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop and ThinLinux platforms administration.
Support for thick, thin, zero clients including Citrix, appV, Windows Terminal Services.
Proficient in software installation, configuration, patching, lifecycle, and monitoring.
Knowledge of secure environments compliant with DISA SRGs and STIGs.
Ability to manage and remediate IA and INFOSEC findings.

Responsibilities

Plan, prioritize, document, and manage end client computing requests and deployments.
Utilize vendor and custom management tools for consistent desktop configuration and user experience.
Handle complex development and support escalated tickets independently.
Support a wide range of desktop OSs, graphic workstations, thin clients, conferencing systems, printers, scanners, and endpoints on a cross domain solution.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
Relevant security certifications such as CompTIA Security+ CE, GSEC, or SSCP.
