As Business Operations Lead at Harvey, you will play a crucial role in guiding the strategy, decision-making, and execution for our organization. You will work closely with executive team members to shape the future of the company and provide key insights that drive business success. You will help drive our approach to pricing and packaging. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and self-motivated professional with exceptional strategic, analytical, and operational acumen.
Drive strategic projects, helping Harvey make the best decisions possible through a combination of rigorous analysis, sound application of business judgment, working cross-functionally with all relevant stakeholders
Develop approaches to pricing and packaging for existing and new products
Drive the operationalization of strategic decisions
Optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the company
Analyze market trends and information to support strategic decision-making identify growth opportunities
6+ years of relevant work experience: management consulting (or investment banking / private equity) + high growth start-up experience
Experience with Pricing and Packaging for SaaS products
Exceptionally strong communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate, present and debate recommendations with all levels of management
Proactive and passionate self-starter with bias towards action and constant prioritization.
MBA preferred but not required
