Hazel Health is seeking a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual counseling and mental health services to K-12 students. This full-time role offers summers off and the opportunity to impact student wellness across multiple states.
Responsibilities: Provide virtual mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to K-12 students, conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and collaborate with care management teams.
Skills: Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C), telehealth experience, knowledge of mental health practices for children, proficiency with digital documentation, and bilingual abilities are desired.
Qualifications: Active MD license and experience in school-based settings preferred, with additional licenses in other states a plus, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Location: Remote position available in specific states (AL, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, MD, MI, MO, NV, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, PA, VA, WA).
Compensation: $73800 - $82800 / Annually
Schedule: This is a full-time W2 position with summers off. The work week is Monday through Friday, 12p - 8p EST:
3 days: 12p-8p (local time)
1 day: 11:30a-7:30p (local time)
1 day: 12:30p-8:30p (local time)

The compensation range for this role is $73,800 - $82,800for W2 full-time, 10 month employment (school-year based).
