Hazel Health is looking for a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual mental health services to K-12 students, with paid summers off and a permanent full-time schedule. This role requires enthusiasm for impactful work in mental health care, collaborating with schools and families.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include providing virtual counseling to students, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, participating in team activities, and maintaining accurate documentation of care.
Skills: Candidates must be licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, with experience in school-based settings, strong technological skills, and effective communication abilities; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience with children in a school environment and a willingness to pursue additional licenses in other states are preferred qualifications.
Location: This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work locations across the United States, though candidates must hold an active license in North Carolina (NC).
Compensation: $61200 - $70200 / Annually
Schedule: This is a permanent full-time W2 position with paid summers off. The schedule would consist of:

The compensation range for this role is $61,200 - $70,200for W2 full-time, 10 month employment (school-year based)
