We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist - Sales Training to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Sales and Customer Enablement teams. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Enablement, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact sales training programs that equip our teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to drive business growth. Your ability to create engaging learning experiences, optimize onboarding processes, and improve knowledge retention will be essential to enhancing team performance and achieving strategic objectives.
This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for learning and development, a deep understanding of adult learning principles, and experience working with sales teams in fast-paced environments. This is a hybrid position, 3x a week in-office at our New York City office location.

The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $100,000 - $115,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
