About the Team

The Lead Generation team at HighLevel focuses on building powerful tools to help SMBs generate and nurture leads. Our products include Funnels, Websites, Forms, Surveys, Custom Widgets, Webinars, QR Codes, and Quizzes – all integral to capturing, qualifying, and converting leads.


About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to lead the roadmap and execution for QR Codes and Quizzes – two critical lead generation tools within our platform. You will be responsible for building intuitive, scalable, and data-rich experiences that enable SMBs and agencies to create engaging quizzes and generate leads via trackable, customizable QR codes. This role is perfect for a product thinker who thrives in 0-to-1 environments and enjoys solving user problems through innovative UX and smart integrations.

Location: Remote (India)


Your Responsibilities

Vision & Strategy: Define the product vision and roadmap for QR Codes and Quizzes in alignment with customer needs and business goals.

End-to-End Ownership: Lead the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and design to launch and adoption—for both products.

User Research: Conduct interviews, usability tests, and analyze feedback to deeply understand customer pain points and validate product ideas.

Problem Solving: Break down complex product challenges into simple, elegant solutions that balance user needs and technical feasibility.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to ship high-quality features on time.

Insights & Analytics: Define key success metrics, monitor usage data, and use analytics to improve product adoption and performance.

Integrations: Enable extensibility by identifying and building necessary integrations with external tools and HighLevel’s internal systems.



Requirements

- 1+ years in Product Management, ideally in SaaS or B2B platforms

- Proven experience in building or managing builder tools like quizzes, forms, or QR code generators

- Experience with 0-to-1 product development or scaling early-stage features

- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms or marketing tech is a big plus

- Strong user empathy, paired with data-driven decision-making

- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable plans

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, design, or related field


Indicative Interview Process

Please note that the sequence and number of rounds may vary based on the candidate, interim feedback, and role requirements.

Step 1: Introductions & Exploratory Call (Duration: 30 mins) - This step aims to introduce HighLevel to you, answer questions about our Vision, Mission, and roadmap, and get to know you better.

Step 2: Product Round (Duration: 60 mins) - This round assesses your product management skills and abilities across various dimensions, such as strategic thinking, process understanding, product judgment, and problem-solving.

Step 3: Assignment - You will be expected to work on a Product Teardown Case Study.

Step 4: Case Study Round (Duration: 60 mins) - The goal of this round is to evaluate your presentation, product sense, communication, and strategy skills.

Step 5: Cultural Fitment Round (Duration: 30 mins) - The goal of this round is to assess cultural fit by discussing values, behaviors, traits, and other relevant aspects to ensure alignment between the candidate and the company’s culture.
