As Procurement Specialist, you’ll manage site purchases of indirect goods and services that meet the Fulfillment & Pharmacy operations quality, cost, and timeline requirements. You’ll play a key role in executing the end to end procurement process, which includes, the execution of orders, monitoring inventory levels, and measuring supplier performance. This role provides an opportunity to work with various cross functional teams, build relationships with vendors, and drive cost efficiencies that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line.
Order Execution
Assist in processing & managing purchase orders
Track and trace deliveries
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on order status
Inventory Support
Measure and monitor inventory levels to avoid stock out
Coordinate with internal departments to anticipate future needs
Vendor Coordination
Effectively communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, ensure service guarantees, and resolve issues
Maintaining Records
Verify and document delivery receipts, order confirmations, and inventory levels
Update and manage information in system
Audit and rectify billing issues
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, operations, or similar role is preferred
Understanding of procurement software is a plus (Netsuite, SAP, or other ERP systems)

Conditions of Employment:
This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.
This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).
Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve hour shift. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Due to the risk of reproductive capability in handling or compounding certain Hazardous Drugs (HD) associates must be willing to confirm that they understand the potential risks (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive effects) of handling hazardous drugs.
