Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Remote

Working hours: 40 hrs per week, 8 am - 5 pm PST

Scope of the Job

We’re looking for a creative, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer with strong digital chops and a passion for visual storytelling. If you're someone who loves combining aesthetics with function—and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment—this role is for you.

You’ll be at the heart of our brand, creating everything from social media visuals and marketing assets to landing pages, digital ads, and product UI mockups. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including growth, product, and content, and have full ownership of the visual look and feel across digital touchpoints.

This isn’t just about making things “look pretty”—it’s about crafting visuals that convert, engage, and scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design digital-first assets including social media graphics, paid ad creatives, email templates, landing pages, and presentations

  • Create brand-consistent visuals across all platforms (web, social, product, internal)

  • Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product teams to bring campaigns and features to life

  • Own the design process from brief to final delivery—concepting, wireframing, iterating, and delivering pixel-perfect files

  • Work with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Webflow

  • Maintain and evolve our visual identity across platforms

  • Support A/B testing with creative variants that optimize for performance

  • Ensure assets are optimized for web and mobile (loading speed, responsiveness, accessibility)
  • 3 years of experience in a digital design role, ideally in a fast-paced startup or agency

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

  • Familiarity with Webflow, Canva, or Sketch is a plus

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or comfort working with developers on UI/UX handoffs

  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first work, with an eye for layout, color, typography, and brand consistency

  • Comfortable working with performance data to inform creative decisions

  • Great communication skills—you can take feedback and run with it

  • Experience working on creatives for eCommerce, SaaS, or DTC brands
