About the Role Home Solutions is seeking a strategic and experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to play a key role in enhancing customer experience and driving onsite conversion for our expanding portfolio of websites. In this managerial position, you will collaborate closely with the SEO and Content Directors, as well as developers, to oversee the implementation of CRO strategies and tests aimed at optimizing conversion rates and refining the on-page brand mix across our commercial pages. If you possess an entrepreneurial mindset, are results-oriented, and are passionate about leveraging analytical and design skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences that translate into financial success, this role is an excellent fit for you.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities• Lead comprehensive site performance and competitive analysis across the full funnel.• Identify optimization opportunities and develop actionable recommendations and designs for conversion rate optimization experiments.• Oversee the execution and performance reporting of A/B, multivariate, and time series tests.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and UX designs for new website launches and enhancements.About You• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in conversion rate and website optimization, utilizing customer analytics, A/B, and multivariate testing technologies to drive commercial improvements.• Proven expertise in User-Centered design principles, with a strong track record of applying them effectively in a business context.• Robust data analysis skills with experience in translating competitive insights and user research into actionable business recommendations.• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding performance targets in a managerial capacity.• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, while mentoring and leading a team.About UsLaunched Fall 2017, Home Solutions targets the rapidly digitizing home services vertical and matches homeowners with the right service provider to meet their needs.
