Machine Repairperson

As a Machine Repairperson in our Kansas City, MO location, you will be responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, piping, hydraulic, and structural maintenance tasks. This includes troubleshooting and repairing production and inspection equipment, disassembling and assembling machine mechanisms, and determining the causes of equipment failures. You will also lay out machining operations to create replacement parts and install or repair various machine tools and compressors.

To become a Machine Repairperson with us, you must have US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DOE ¿Q¿ level security clearance. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with three years of experience in production equipment maintenance and mechanical installation. Machine shop tech/trade school training or military experience in field service is also ideal. Additionally, familiarity with reading engineering drawings will be essential.
