Regional Marketing Specialist - Hispanic Products and Sales

Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Marketing Specialist with a focus on Hispanic products and sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English and Spanish) and have a deep understanding of the Hispanic market, including cultural nuances, preferences, and buying behavior. As a Regional Marketing Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies to drive sales, brand awareness, and product adoption within the Hispanic community in the assigned region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and external agencies to create impactful campaigns and initiatives.

Please note: This role will require significant travel within the assigned region to support marketing initiatives and collaborate with local teams, clients, and partners.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand the Hispanic consumer segment in the region, identifying key trends, needs, and opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to develop insights and actionable strategies.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement regional marketing plans tailored to Hispanic consumers, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, traditional media, events) that resonate with the Hispanic community.
  • Brand Positioning & Messaging:
  • Adapt brand messaging to reflect the cultural preferences, values, and language of the Hispanic market.
  • Work with creative teams to produce culturally relevant content and collateral in both English and Spanish.
  • Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the regional sales teams to drive product adoption and sales growth within Hispanic communities.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, training programs, and promotional tools to empower the sales team in engaging Hispanic customers.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with local Hispanic organizations, influencers, and media outlets to increase brand visibility and credibility.
  • Support community events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives to promote products and foster brand loyalty.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product development, customer service, and operations to ensure marketing strategies align with regional product offerings and availability.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and vendors to execute campaigns and track performance.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting:
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, sales growth, customer acquisition, and engagement metrics.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing, with a focus on Hispanic products, sales, or services.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Deep understanding of the Hispanic market, produce and meat, including cultural preferences, consumer behavior, and key trends.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure success.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a regional marketing role within a multinational company.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in Hispanic digital media and content consumption.
  • Experience in event planning and community engagement.
  • Experience in managing multicultural or bilingual marketing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
