The Brand Events Intern will support the Brand Events team in organizing over 200 global events, assisting with logistical details, and communicating with partners.
Responsibilities: Support staff at various events, manage an event calendar, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful event execution.

Qualifications: Current undergraduate student, preferably a freshman or sophomore, with an interest in marketing and eagerness to learn.
Location: The position is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, with flexible remote work options available.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $15 - $20 per hour.
Your Role
We’re looking for someone to join our Brand Events team, which supports over 200 events each year around the world. Primarily, you’ll:
- Support Hudl staff attending events. From small clinics in North America to larger conferences across the world, you’ll collaborate with team members to ensure a successful event..
- Gain experience. You’ll handle real-world situations, including: troubleshooting with internal stakeholders, managing an inventory of materials, and working with outside vendors.
- Own our event calendar. You’ll be responsible for communicating with external partners and internal Hudlies on all aspects of each event.
- Make an impact. You’ll play an integral role in ensuring our events are effective and valuable for attendees.
For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska. But with our flexible work policy, there aren't any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office. We’re looking for someone to start August 11, 2025.
