We’re on the hunt for an unstoppable Account Executive to join our one-of-a-kind Humi Sales team! From musicians and amateur athletes to deep thinkers and beyond, our Humigos may come from all walks of life, but they share one unshakable trait: a relentless passion for customer success as sales strategists and advocates.

Who are we?

Humi is the Canadian employment platform. We help Canadian businesses be better employers. Founded in 2016, Humi started as a simple cloud-based web app that stored employee data. Thanks to the support of customers, Humi has built solutions that allow Canadian businesses to manage employee information, onboarding, performance, time off, employee benefits, and payroll.

We've officially joined Employment Hero to accelerate our vision and support their mission to make employment easier and more valuable, for everyone! What will you be doing as an Account Executive?

We're a team of global innovators, who cherish diverse perspectives that fuel our mission; to simplify the world of work for SMBs worldwide.

As the Account Executive, you will be focused on winning new business in the SMB market, speaking to C-level and HR executives across a wide range of business verticals. You will pitch, demo, present, and close deals end-to-end, with the majority (70%) of your leads coming from our energetic SDR team. This being said, a drive to generate your own leads and the ability to manage your own sales pipeline is a must.

As an Account Executive, you’ll be:

  • Business development - you will hunt new business with a consultative approach
  • Managing a sales cycle from start to finish - prospect, pitch, demo, present, close
  • Confidently presenting to decision-makers like C-suite executives and being able to negotiate appropriately
  • Working closely with the SDR Team to qualify opportunities and close deals
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline to meet your assigned monthly quota
  • Using Salesforce CRM to ensure customer data is correct and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with the client experience team to ensure a seamless implementation
  • Be proactive in monitoring and providing feedback to the product and engineering team to help drive product excellence

What are we looking for in an Account Executive?

  • 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales (HR and Payroll SaaS experience is an asset)
  • Experienced in selling to SMBs
  • Experience running an end-to-end sales process (closing deals)
  • Confident in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
  • Proven track record of success and consistently exceeding targets in sales
  • Hungry, curious, tenacious & a team player 
  • Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written) is an asset
