Responsible for providing Financial Planning & Analysis to the Regional Banking organization within the Consumer & Regional Bank. Partner with Segment and Finance Leadership teams to evaluate performance and drive segment results.
Summary
· Evaluate financial performance of the Regional Bank, identify areas for improvement, conduct variance analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making.
· Manage segment personnel changes through Workday Adaptive system; responsible for approvals of new positions, modifications, and job offers working collaboratively with HR and business partners.
· Collaborate with incentive team partners to ensure accuracy of monthly incentive accruals.
· Maintain financial forecast and budget tools, assist in the development of annual budgets and business plans based on the key drivers of the business and competitive environment.
· Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for key processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiencies.
· Prepare financial reports including monthly/quarterly reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting deliverables. Present financial insights to senior management.
· Partner with segment leadership to deliver actionable and insightful reporting and analysis related to direct expenses.
Basic qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· 5 + years of financial analyst/analytics experience
Preferred qualifications
· Financial Services experience
· Self-motivated, forward-thinking individual with a strategic mind-set to drive performance
· Strong quantitative, analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills
· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
· Effective team collaboration and time management skills

Compensation Range:
$70,000-$140000 Annual SalaryThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
