Responsibilities
- Manage a panel of complex pediatric patients using a virtual platform
- Oversee and collaborate with pediatric care team members
- Provide parental education and reinforce care plans
- Conduct comprehensive virtual enrollment visits for new patients
- Participate in rotating responsibility for in-person assessments
Education
- Completed accredited NP or PA program
- Active NP or PA state license, including board certification
