Imprint is seeking an Associate to join our Capital Markets team. In this role, you will be deeply involved in a broad range of capital markets functions, including managing loan warehouses, supporting securitization efforts, and optimizing financing capacity.
This is a hybrid role based out of our New York office.
The Capital Markets Team is responsible for executing Imprint’s funding strategy while working collaboratively with our Finance, Risk, and Accounting teams. We also work closely with our executives, investors, and merchant partners to identify commercial opportunities, execute company strategy, and build financial discipline as we scale through our next stage of hyper-growth.
Manage capital markets processes including warehouse debt draws, debt / equity fundraises, and borrowing base reports
Assist in designing funding strategy and establishing inaugural ABS shelf
Evaluate forward flow partnerships and portfolio acquisitions
Prepare presentations for Board and investors, including strategic analyses for executives and lenders
Build and scale best-in-class capital markets processes and systems to support rapid partner and organizational growth
Create high-caliber, data-driven performance analysis and partner with cross-functionally to evaluate and collaborate on actionable insights
2-4 years experience at a top tier investment bank or financial services firm with a focus on structured products and asset-based lending
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills with experience in building financial models and compiling executive materials
Experience with credit, lending, and/or payments ecosystem
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem solving and presentation skills
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Bonus: Operating finance experience at a credit card company or high growth fintech startup
Bonus: Experience with SQL and data analysis tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker)
