Indian Creek School is an independent, co-ed day school in which 600 students aged 3 to Grade 12 partner with innovative teachers in an outstanding educational program. Located on a beautiful, 114-acre campus in Crownsville, Maryland (just north of Annapolis), ICS students are nurtured and known as individuals while being challenged to discover their passions, purpose, and potential. This is a full-time (40 hours), 10-month position with occasional summer responsibilities, reporting to the Dean of Community and Well-Being.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's years of experience at an educational institution and prior administrative experience and responsibilities. Candidates will be offered a competitive salary and are exempt from overtime within the range of $55,000 - $95,000, dependent on experience.
In addition to the annual salary, Indian Creek School offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life insurance, critical illness and accident coverage, and both short- and long-term disability for the employee and their eligible dependents. We offer a 403 (b) retirement plan with employer match to help you plan for the future. PTO includes vacation, sick, holiday, and parental/family leave.
