TechOps Project Coordinator

Industrious is the largest premium workplace-as-a-service provider known for creating exceptional workplace experiences. They seek a TechOps Project Coordinator to support the seamless execution of IT, networking, and AV system setups for new and existing coworking locations across North America.

Skills

Project management and coordination skills with familiarity in tools like Airtable or Monday.com.
Basic technical knowledge and support experience with A/V, printing, and network hardware/software.
Strong communication skills able to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent documentation and note-taking abilities.
Ability to troubleshoot technical and project-related issues collaboratively.
Proficiency in MacOS and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage network transitions to new service providers across multiple locations.
Assist in ensuring all technical deliverables for location launches meet quality standards and deadlines.
Plan, execute, and monitor project tasks and milestones, adjusting as needed.
Coordinate and communicate regularly with vendors including printing, low voltage, A/V, and network providers.
Serve as the main contact for TechOps project queries and updates.
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain the launch dashboard.
Facilitate positive vendor relationships and coordinate contracts and agreements.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Education

No specific degree required but proficiency and foundational knowledge related to technology and project coordination assumed.
