We’re looking for fresh, talented Senior Creative Manager who is ready to lead our creative designers.

As Senior Creative Manager, reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be a hands-on leader driving creativity, elevating design standards, and shaping the future of our brand aesthetics. You will lead a talented team of designers and ensure that every project reflects the innovative and high-quality work that defines Tahaluf. 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Respond to creative briefs for ongoing projects and team pitches, ensuring high-quality delivery and innovation. 

  • Lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering an environment of collaboration, creativity, and excellence. 

  • Proactively contribute fresh ideas, creative concepts, and innovative solutions for team consideration. 

  • Handle in-house feedback professionally and with quick turnaround times. 

  • Stay ahead of current design trends, digital strategies, and best practices across all media (digital, online, print). 

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch processes, helping shape creative solutions for new and exciting events. 

  • Maintain an organized and efficient file structure and data management system for all team assets. 

  • Continuously push the envelope for new techniques, creative possibilities, and ways to elevate design work. 

Qualifications

  • Experience & Leadership: 5-7 years of hands-on design experience with a proven track record of managing and inspiring a creative team to deliver high-quality, innovative work. 

  • Visual & Conceptual Mastery: Strong visual design skills, with a solid understanding of the technical aspects of design software and executions. 

  • Continuous Growth Mindset: A genuine passion for growing your craft, exploring new design workflows, and experimenting with diverse visual styles to push creative boundaries. 

  • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a creative team environment, where bouncing ideas off one another leads to the best possible results. 

  • Expert Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects (motion graphics experience is essential). Experience with animation is a huge plus—please be sure to showcase any relevant work. 

  • Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both within your team and when liaising with clients or other departments. 

  • UX Knowledge: Familiarity with UX design principles is highly valued and considered a major advantage. 

  • Diverse Design Experience: Experience in non-static design—such as interactive design, motion graphics, or digital media—is highly desired.

  • SAR 2,500 towards shipping goods/excess baggage costs on production of receipts/invoices
