The Field Recruiter will be responsible to execute full life cycle craft recruiting and employment activities including onboarding, performance assessments, disciplinary actions and transfer coordination. Tasks will include but are not limited to creating and managing requisitions including: assess job specification criteria, identify screening questions and determine candidate interview approach, interview potential candidates as well as gather and consolidate feedback from interview and complete interview elevation documentation; negotiate job offer details with candidate. Field Recruiter must identify and stay current on market trends in the marketplace that impact ability to support project staffing.
Location & Travel Details: You’ll get the opportunity to travel across the US, focusing on sustainability efforts and helping our teams build the solar and wind infrastructure. We offer designated weekly subsistence in addition to base pay to support and help you cover living expenses. The first project will be in Texas.
