Litigation & Employment Counsel
Instawork is seeking a self-motivated and intellectually curious Litigation & Employment Counsel to manage a dynamic workload, providing expertise in labor and employment law while scaling legal functions in a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve litigation and pre-litigation matters
- Manage relationships with outside counsel
- Work with Trust and Safety team and insurance partners
- Evaluate legal risks with HR and business partners
- Respond to 3rd party subpoenas
Education
- JD and California bar admission in good standing
