Instawork is seeking a self-motivated and intellectually curious Litigation & Employment Counsel to manage a dynamic workload, providing expertise in labor and employment law while scaling legal functions in a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities

Handle and resolve litigation and pre-litigation matters
Manage relationships with outside counsel
Work with Trust and Safety team and insurance partners
Evaluate legal risks with HR and business partners
Respond to 3rd party subpoenas

Education

JD and California bar admission in good standing
