Global Employee Services (GES) is a global contact center operation responsible for providing solutions to any inquiries about Intel Human Resources (HR) products and services related to payroll, benefits, focal, performance management, medical and religious accommodations, executive services, and escalation support for Intel's 100,000+ employees and dependents around the globe.
We are searching for a meticulous Data Analyst to join our team. The HR Data Analyst's scope includes collecting and analyzing HR data, spotting trends and anomalies, developing and implementing data-driven insights and forecasts for HR initiatives, and reporting on key performance indicators.
The Human Resources Automation and Optimization Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing automation solutions to optimize HR processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and HR acumen to drive efficiency and improve the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, process design, and self-service, coupled with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Process Analysis and Improvement:
o Analyze existing HR processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
o Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
o Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance HR performance.
2. Automation Development:
o Develop and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and other relevant tools.
o Leverage Microsoft Azure, Engage, Insights, Apps, Flows, and Connections to enhance automation capabilities.
o Create and maintain documentation for automated HR processes and workflows.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Utilize PowerBI and Advanced Excel to analyze HR data and measure the impact of automation initiatives.
o Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to HR leadership.
o Use insights to drive continuous improvement efforts in HR operations.
4. Technology:
o Deploy automation solutions via integrations with HR systems, including Workday, ServiceNow, and Genesys.
o Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in HR automation and optimization.
5. HR Process Design and Implementation:
o Identify challenges in HR processes and implement effective solutions without direct supervision.
o Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
o Apply critical thinking and HR acumen to design and optimize HR processes.

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR process automation, optimization, or a related role.
2+ years of experience in automation tools and technologies such as UiPath, PowerBI, and Advanced Excel.
Advanced English level
Preferred qualifications
Experience with HR systems like Workday, ServiceNow, and Genesys is highly desirable.
