Position Overview:

Interview Kickstart is seeking a dynamic Associate Director of Growth Marketing to lead our paid marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across PPC, SEM, display, paid social, and LinkedIn channels.
  • Focus on full-funnel optimization, addressing top, mid, and bottom funnel stages to maximize conversions and ROI.
  • Leverage LinkedIn for targeted B2B campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.

Creative Strategy:

  • Lead the creative strategy for all paid channels, ensuring compelling and effective ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact visuals and messaging tailored to each funnel stage and product category.

Full-Funnel Optimization:

  • Optimize the entire marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, using data-driven insights to enhance each stage.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
