  • Use prospecting tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, Ocean, and SignalHire to build a quality hiring pipeline.
  • Establish and manage long-term relationships with hiring stakeholders.

  • Share contextualised talent shortlists and follow through until offer stage.
  • Drive placements actively and meet conversion targets.
  • Maintain performance dashboards and lead quality records.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, business development, campus/corporate placements, or tech recruiting, preferably with exposure to the US talent ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of building lead pipelines and driving end-to-end partnerships with outcome ownership.
  • Strong understanding of hiring dynamics in US product companies and comfort navigating job requirements in tech domains.
  • Proficiency in using Apollo (preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in external stakeholder conversations.
  • High ownership mindset, strong execution capability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be open to night shift hours and occasional weekend calls, based on partner availability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in EdTech, bootcamp partnerships, technical staffing, or recruitment solutions.
  • Existing network of technical recruiters or hiring managers in the US.
  • Understanding of Tech hiring trends is a plus
