Growth and Acquisition Marketing Manager, (Remote, Costa Rica-Based)

Job Overview:

Invitro Capital is seeking a hands-on Growth and Acquisition Marketing Manager to drive data-driven growth initiatives across our portfolio companies. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, paid social, and display. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results in customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Campaign Management: Set up and launch paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms with a focus on scalability, ROI, and minimizing cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Ad Copy and Creative Optimization: Write, test, and refine ad copy and creatives for targeted audiences to maximize campaign performance while keeping acquisition costs low and improving lead quality.
  • Keyword and Audience Strategy: Implement keyword strategies and audience segmentation to optimize campaign efficiency, ensuring the cost per click (CPC) and cost per acquisition (CPA) align with budget goals.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Optimize landing pages by applying SEO best practices and collaborating with content teams to drive organic growth and improve conversion rates.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics like CTR, CAC, ROAS, and LTV using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads Manager to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for growth.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ads, targeting strategies, and user experiences to refine campaign results.
  • Real-Time Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot campaign performance issues in real time and apply data-driven solutions to maintain consistent results.
  • Campaign Tracking and Measurement: Implement tracking mechanisms, including Google Tag Manager and UTM parameters, to measure and optimize campaign performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising, with a proven track record of scaling customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Platform Proficiency: Expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and using SEO tools to drive results.
  • Analytical Tools: Proficiency in analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Looker, as well as CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Optimization Skills: Strong abilities in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and making data-driven adjustments to improve campaign performance.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of tracking mechanisms like Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and troubleshooting campaign performance issues.
  • Web Skills: Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for minor landing page edits is an advantage.
  • Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Exceptional problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a hands-on approach to driving execution and results

  • Startup Experience: Experience working in high-growth startups or venture-backed companies, with exposure to fast-paced environments.
