IPG Mediabrands is a global media and marketing solutions company managing extensive marketing investments for iconic brands. They seek an eager, organized, and proactive Associate in Communications Design to learn fundamentals of communication design and support their team.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Strong organizational and analytical skills

Responsibilities

Assist Communications Designer and Sr. Designer with communications plan development
Assist in timely responses to ad hoc client requests
Learn campaign reporting and analysis
Maintain planning details within agency financial systems by checking billing reports
Help compile POV reports and intelligence on best practice planning approaches and outcomes
Attend team brainstorming sessions to generate creative connections ideas
Participate in departmental projects
Track communications with internal craft teams for various projects
Take accurate notes for post meeting follow ups
