Responsibilities

Job Description:Iron EagleX is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals with technical experience to join our team in Hawaii. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting to support the implementation of a unique operationally focused software solution. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, engage with key stakeholders, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure critical deployment insights are shared with team members. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with engineering team members. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success.Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

  • Provide desk-side training to analysts.
  • Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
  • Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
  • Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel as well hardware, networks, and server administration.
  • Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience, specifically in the Pacific, is a plus.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role.

 

Security Clearance:

  • An active TS required, TS/SCI preferred.
