Job Description

The isolved Project Manager oversees the technical application design, construction and implementation for assigned accounts and projects.

Core Job Duties

• Oversee the implementation of new HCM clients
• Organize and lead meetings with the clients to promote forward progress of the implementation process in a way that facilitates the process for the client
• Bring in SMEs to cover topics such as Payroll, Benefits, GL Exports, COBRA, FSA and Time and Attendance at the appropriate time
• Ultimately responsible for client satisfaction before being transitioned to Customer Service
• Create long- and short-term plans to manage and ensure deliverables are within timeline and scope
• Other projects as assigned by the Director HCM Implementation

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A strong product, service and technical background
• Proven customer service skills
• Highly organized, able to multi-task and work with others etc.
• 1-2 years implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree
