Cost Engineer ( Female )

JASARA PMC is seeking a motivated and experienced Cost Engineer to join our esteemed team. In the role of Cost Engineer, you will be responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, managing project budgets, and providing financial analysis to ensure successful project delivery. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our commitment to excellence and efficiency as we undertake various high-profile projects across the region.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Cost Engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of cost estimation techniques and construction best practices.
• Proficiency in using cost management and software.
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
• Knowledge of construction is a plus.

• Implement cost engineering strategies and systems to optimize project costs and timelines. 

• Analyze project data to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to project teams. 
• Provide cost engineering expertise in risk management and contingency planning 
• Coordinate with other project teams and stakeholders to ensure that cost engineering activities are aligned with project goals and objectives. 
• Prepare cost reports for management and stakeholders. 
• Analyze project data to identify trends and provide insights into cost performance. 
• Develop project status reports and presentations. 
• Implement cost engineering strategies and systems to optimize project costs and timelines 
• Participate in the development of cost reduction initiatives and make recommendations to project teams
• Relevant Experience in managing complex projects.   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or any related field.
