Our client is seeking an experienced Learning Performance Consultant to join their Learning Experience Design team. This role will serve as the critical link between sales performance data and learning strategy development, helping translate business insights into effective learning solutions. You will leverage principles of learning science to analyze sales metrics, identify skill gaps, and recommend targeted learning priorities that drive measurable business outcomes.
This role will report to the Sr Manager, Field Learning and Innovation while collaborating closely with Sales and Technical Enablement leadership, Program Managers, and Data Analyst to create a cohesive, evidence-based approach to performance improvement through learning.
Employment: W2 Contract (no C2C or C2H)
Duration: ASAP through Sept 26, '25. Could extend.
Location: US Remote
Compensation: $50-$55/hr
