Job Description

We are growing and looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to join our team in Mexico City with a focus on design and delivery of CRM campaigns for our clients including delivery of our customer lifecycle planning products.

The ideal candidate has good working knowledge of HTML, CSS & mobile email design and enjoys staying current on industry best practices to support our clients with recommendations on innovative email features and capabilities including lifecycle strategy, dynamic content, interactivity, intelligent targeting, personalization, database segmentation, APIs and email templates.

Responsibilities

  • Daily hands-on management of CRM and marketing automation campaigns. This includes accountability for the setup, maintenance, and review of recurring and triggered campaigns, maintaining a current understanding of industry best practices and applying them to the execution of our campaigns.
  • Ideate strategies for innovative retention and loyalty programs to improve customer lifetime value (CLV), increase loyalty and reduce churn rates.
  • Lead and coordinate inter capability tasks: team management, sales, marketing and technology collaboration to guarantee an efficient CRM performance.
  • Lead the collaboration with the creative team to design and create world class CRM campaigns.
  • Lead the collaboration with the analytics team to understand business and customer needs and site analytics required to measure campaign success, including tagging strategies.
  • Analyse campaign and data results and reporting campaign performance, summarising key insights, and offering recommendations

Qualifications

  • +4 years of experience in CRM with working knowledge of sophisticated marketing automation solutions (Acoustic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Bloomreach, Braze, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Experience in Marketing Automation and CRM campaign strategies and best practices
  • Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS & mobile email design and an interest to be top of the class in this area
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently
  • A motivated self starter
  • Working knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • High level of attention to detail
