For one of our clients, we are looking for an Instructional and Curriculum Designer (Contract), remotely from the United States.

As an Instructional and Curriculum Designer, you will develop and implement engaging and impactful learning experiences for various audiences, including customers, partners, and internal teams. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create high-quality training content focused on fraud prevention best practices and cybersecurity. You will design interactive e-learning modules, virtual training, and other educational materials to maximize the value of the company's products while enhancing the security of its users. The position is flexible, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and develop a wide range of instructional materials, such as e-learning modules, job aids, simulations, videos, and assessments.
  • Create structured learning paths tailored to different user groups, including customers, partners, and employees.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with industry standards in fraud prevention and cybersecurity.
  • Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools (e.g., Absorb, Camtasia), and interactive technologies to enhance the learning experience.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, continuously refining and improving the content.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development, particularly in SaaS, cybersecurity, or fraud prevention industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing examples of technical enablement and instructional design projects.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia design software.
  • Familiarity with fraud prevention and cybersecurity principles.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Flexible contract position, with options for both full-time and part-time work.
