One of our companies is currently looking for a Staff Business Intelligence Analyst, Client and Program Impact in the USA.

We’re seeking a data-driven, strategic thinker to join the team as a Staff BI Analyst focused on Client and Program Impact. In this high-visibility role, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Go-To-Market teams to define, measure, and communicate program performance—especially in the context of population-level healthcare initiatives like cancer screening. You'll drive alignment on key metrics, create intuitive self-service dashboards, and build foundational data models that shape business decisions. This role combines hands-on analytics work with strategic impact and offers the chance to influence how outcomes are delivered and evaluated across client programs.

Accountabilities:

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, GTM, and Customer Success to translate questions into analytics requirements and meaningful metrics.
• Lead strategic conversations with stakeholders and executives using data trends and performance insights.
• Define and implement consistent program impact metrics and reporting frameworks across teams.
• Build intuitive dashboards and empower self-service access to performance data and trends.
• Contribute directly to data modeling and metric logic in dbt to ensure accuracy and scalability.
• Identify analytical opportunities that improve operations and client value, going beyond standard requests.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize data instrumentation and tracking needs.

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably supporting Sales or Customer Success.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
• Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase, Tableau, Omni), with a focus on user-friendly design.
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for translating technical data into actionable business insights.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional alignment and foster trust in reporting.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and real-world applications in population health.
• A proactive mindset and curiosity to understand the "why" behind analytics requests.
• Experience in health-tech, digital health, or population health data is a plus.
