✨ Lead, Inspire & Grow Your Leadership Skills with Us!

Are you ready to take your leadership journey to the next level? Join us at Noranda Primary School, WA as an OSHClub Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!

This permanent, part-time role offers 31.5 hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, we’ll ensure you’re equipped to thrive in a leadership role.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:

  • 7:00am-8:45am (Rise then Shine)
  • 3:00pm-6:00pm (Stay and Play)

About the Role – Lead Your Team to Success!

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

  • You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
  • You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
