The focus of the Klick Strategy team is defining how, when, and where a pharmaceutical brand should interact with its target audiences to drive effective customer engagement and measurable business outcomes. We advise our clients on key elements of their go-to-market strategy, including: audience targeting, channel mix, marketing ecosystem design, and performance measurement & optimization. We see this as a team sport, so we frequently orchestrate the involvement of a broad range of in-house subject matter experts and crafts to maximize business results for our clients.

As a Freelance Strategy Director with us, you'll lead the charge in shaping go-to-market strategies, working closely with a vibrant team to understand how pharmaceutical brands can best connect with their audiences. You'll dive deep into audience targeting, marketing ecosystem design, and measuring the success of our initiatives. We value creativity and critical thinking, so your intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills will be vital in formulating strategies that resonate in the healthcare marketing sphere. Not only will you develop annual tactical plans and optimize brand performance with our analytics team, but you’ll also mentor upcoming strategists and contribute to new business pitches. Having a strong background in pharma marketing, ideally complemented by an MBA, will set you up for success in this role.
