Grover Precision is on the lookout for Experienced Machine Operators to join our dynamic team at the Oxford, Maine facility. As an Experienced Machine Operator, you will have the unique opportunity to master the controls and processes related to our sophisticated equipment. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a manufacturing environment and are keen to learn and grow in their careers. While previous manufacturing experience is a plus, we're more interested in your willingness to learn and your mechanical aptitude. You will be tasked with reviewing job assignments and collaborating closely with supervisors to ensure that all jobs are executed efficiently and within prescribed quality standards. Alongside excellent communication skills, it’s important for you to be physically capable; handling up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for most of the day is part of the role.
