As a BCBA at KNR, your responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans for children with developmental delays, supervising and training therapists, and collaborating with families to ensure the best outcomes for their children. You will also analyze data to inform treatment decisions and potentially lead research initiatives to further enhance your methods.

To be considered for the BCBA position at KNR, you must hold a Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field and have obtained BCBA certification. Additionally, experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders is highly preferred, as well as strong communication and leadership skills.
