Position Overview:

As a Growth Associate at Kouper Health, you will play a key role in scaling our solutions across hospitals and health systems nationwide. This role focuses on supporting the company’s growth by crafting effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and articulating the transformative value of AI-driven healthcare solutions.


We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of experience at a top tier consulting, investment banking, or venture capital firm. Experience in a growth-focused startup role is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare incentive mechanisms (or be able to get up to speed very quickly), industry trends, the application of AI in healthcare settings, and will bring a proactive approach to expanding Kouper’s presence nationwide.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth Support

Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.

Support the execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies to expand Kouper’s presence in new markets and regions.

Work with leadership to refine messaging and craft collateral that resonates with hospital and health plan administrators and key decision-makers.

Data-Driven Insights

Refine and develop analyses and case studies to showcase impact of our product to customers.

Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify trends, inform product improvements, and refine customer engagement strategies.

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales and growth initiatives.

Client and Market Management

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, evaluate competitive positioning, and guide Kouper’s national expansion.

Manage ongoing relationships with existing clients, providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a growth-focused role at a startup.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including incentive mechanisms and regulatory frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in healthcare and the ability to articulate their value to diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to engage with senior executives and other decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated analytical rigor with experience in building financial models and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint with ability to create visually compelling and strategically sound presentations.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
