Skills
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and SDLC concepts.
Strong knowledge of SQL and data platform technologies.
Experience with JIRA and related DevOps tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks accurately with attention to detail.
Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
Responsibilities
Drive multi-team technical programs involving healthcare data pipelines, analytics, interoperability, and AI/ML initiatives.
Utilize DevOps tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and Azure DevOps for tracking software maturity and release processes.
Manage program planning, scope, execution, risk management, and continuous process improvement.
Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA and HITECH.
Create dashboards and generate metrics for stakeholders and executive reporting.
Collaborate across product, engineering, compliance, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Foster transparency, ownership, and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Oversee documentation, requirements gathering, vendor engagement, and project meetings.
Manage prioritization, release management, and production support while meeting SLAs.
Handle project budgeting and other assigned duties.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Technology, or related field preferred.
