Fullstack Engineer, Feature Management

LaunchDarkly is a leader in Feature Management software, seeking an experienced Fullstack Engineer to join their team and develop tools that improve developer efficiency and software release controls across the development lifecycle.

Skills

Proficiency in building full stack web applications.
Familiarity with Typescript, React, Node, and Go is preferred.
Strong ownership and accountability in delivering impactful solutions.
Ability to work closely with Product and Design teams in an iterative environment.
Commitment to high code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using AI tools to enhance engineering efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design and implement developer-first tooling such as MCP servers and browser toolbars.
Understand and streamline developer workflows to enhance experiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to create end-to-end developer experiences.
Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and mentor peers in full-stack best practices.
Support production applications with on-call responsibilities.

Education

Relevant experience and technical qualifications likely equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (not explicitly stated).
