Your Career Opportunity 

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Team Leader in Learner Success Management on full-time hours and working from home remotely.

As a Learner Success Manager, you’ll have a direct impact on supporting Learnlight learners to reach their goals with the best satisfaction possible. Collaborating with our Client Success Management (CSM) and Trainer Success Management (TSM) teams you’ll play an essential role in:

  • Being the primary contact for learners, addressing inquiries and issues swiftly via email and calls, ensuring a positive and motivating experience, as well as building relationships to increase engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Collecting valuable feedback, document interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve products/services.
  • Monitoring learner progress, attendance, and completion through the Learnlight Platform while making sure learners are maximizing program benefits and meeting required metrics.
  • Working closely with internal teams (CSM, TSM) to share learner insights, collaborate on program adjustments, and address concerns proactively, ensuring successful program outcomes.
  • Tracking and reporting on learner performance, milestones, and program progress. Providing actionable feedback to the Product team for continuous improvements and innovation in core learning products.
  • Maintaining high productivity levels while meeting service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and ensuring learners complete their programs successfully.
